Devi’s Grace ( and all content by Devi Mayi Ma), its official site and content are registered, copyrighted and maintained by Devi’s Grace based in the USA. Devi’s Grace in India is a Charitable Trust (non-profit foundation) and was established in 2018 in Rui Talav, Maharashtra, India. Depending on grace, several variables, and especially the world circumstances & conditions, our charitable projects will unfold. 

However, we tried extremely hard for many months to turn it into a public charity here in America. Because of legal complications, it did not serve the best and highest for our vision, causes and objectives. We realized that it became impossible for us to go that road. Though through this long process, we discovered that the best model to serve the highest for Devi’s Grace in the world is to have our own separate private foundation. So, we will hope to have a private non-profit foundation under the name of Devi Grace’s Foundation soon here in America of which any part of the proceeds from Devi’s Grace can fully support our vision & causes.
