Shree Devi Mayi Ma’s mission is deeply rooted in the intrinsic inner-knowing, self-realization, and vision that all living beings are equal, all deserve to thrive, to love and be loved, to be well, fulfilled, happy, and free, and to experience a sense of belonging, joy, bliss, and ecstasy. Her vision is for a world where all human beings live in harmony and peace, where they love each other by realizing and experiencing how interconnected we all are by the same universal thread of our Creator, and by realizing their ultimate Divine nature.
Shree Devi Mayi Ma envisions a more evolved world where individuals choose to embrace loving compassion in actions, and where each person expresses understanding, caring, and kindness for all living beings. As an instrument of Divine grace and love, she helps to empower and uplift many who seek inspiration, realization, and transformation by unleashing their potential and tapping into their true nature.
Shree Devi Mayi Ma work goes beyond religion, creed, doctrine, dogma, philosophy, age, ethnicity, or socio-economic background.
Whether you are already on a journey for ultimate inner well-being and enlightenment or just at its threshold, it does not matter, or even if you are with another teacher, or other master, Shree Devi Mayi Ma says, “If you are totally open, willing and receptive as the blue sky as you remain humble, you shall experience the grace and blessings of the Divine Mother.”
“Genuine love is just there like the sun radiating all over the planet, and all living beings. Its rays emanate without discrimination, without asking for anything in return.”

As a first-phase initiative, Devi’s Grace charitable trust was established in 2018 by her beloved husband, Prashant Dilip Rathod, and her brother-in-law Prem Rathod in India on four acres of land located in Rui Talav in Yavatamal district in the state of Maharashtra. We have already rescued 40 cows, and are projecting to add 20 acres to Devi’s Grace gaushala & sanctuary charitable trust over the years; this will help us to involve the younger generations in helping the animals. Soon we will add photos and a video to our website.
